Terms and conditions of “ENTOG Scientific Meeting Reproductive health & prenatal testing in Europe”

General provisions

90Consulting with its seating at Narbutta 83/3G, 02-524 Warszawa (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”) is responsible for organisation of ENTOG Scientific Meeting Reproductive health & prenatal testing in Europe” (hereinafter referred to as“the Conference”), which will be held on the 7th June 2019 in Warsaw.

1.       The Conference will be held on a date and in a place designated by the Organiser.

  1. Participation in the Conference is only allowed to the residents who are currently under their specialization in gynaecology and obstetrics training and for representatives of the Conference’s sponsors.
  2. Workshops and seminars will be held and organised as a part of the Conference.
  3. The Organiser shall be able to make any changes concerning the Conference’s agenda.
  4. The terms and conditions are considered as an integral part of registration to the Conference and they apply to each of the participants.

 

Terms of participation

  1. In order to take part in the Conference as well as in the workshops and seminars, each participant (hereinafter referred to as: "the Participant") has to fulfil the following:
  • report the participation in the Conference by filling the registration form which is available on the Conference’s website;
  • has valid medical licence number – does not apply to the representatives of the Conference’s sponsors;
  • provide payment of the fee for participation in the Conference in accordance with the price list set by the Organizer registration fee;
  • provide payment of the fee for participation in the workshops according to the price list set by the Organizer.
  1. Each Participant who meets the conditions for participation in the Conference and will take part in the event will receive a certificate of participation in the Conference.
  2. The cost of travel and accommodation is covered by the Participant.
  3. In the event when the person participating in the Conference does not meet the conditions for participation, disrupts the course of scientific and didactic sessions, workshops or accompanying events, and makes it impossible or prevents the participation of other participants or otherwise violates the Regulations, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude such a person from further participation in the Conference without refunding the fee for participation in the Conference.

 

Complaints

  1. All complaints of Conference’s Participants to the Organizer should be notified in writing by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the address of the Organizer's registered office.
  2. All complaints of Conference’s Participants must be submitted not later than within 7 days of the Conference closing date.
  3. All complaints submitted after the above-mentioned deadline will not be considered.
  4. Each complaint should contain the name and surname of the Participant, its address and justification of the complaint.
  5. The Organizer's decision on the complaint is final and valid. 

 

Processing of personal data (GDRP)

  1. The Participant agrees to the processing of personal data in order to participate in an educational event organized by 90 Consulting. *
  2. The Participant agrees that telecommunications devices may be used by 90 Consulting for commercial and direct marketing purposes in accordance with art. 172 of the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law (processing for marketing purposes) *
  3. The Participant agrees to receive commercial information via electronic communication (in particular telephone or e-mail) within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (processing for marketing purposes) *

*90Consulting with its seating at Narbutta 83/3G, 02-524 Warszawa is considered a data administrator.  The scope of personal data processed by the administrator includes data provided in the registration form. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent granted for the processing of personal data, and in the case of data processing for marketing purposes, the legal basis for processing is a legitimate interest pursued by the administrator in the form of direct marketing.

Personal data will be kept for the period necessary to settle an educational event and provide the participant with any conference materials (i.e. for 2 years from the end of the educational event), and in the case of consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes, pending the objection to data processing. Personal data may be disclosed to external entities, including in particular entities associated with the administrator and entities financing or co-financing the educational event.

One has a right to:

1)       withdraw any of the above consents at any time; the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,

2)       require from the administrator to access your personal data, correct it, delete or limit processing,

3)       object to the processing of data;

4)       transfer your personal data,

5)       complaint to the President of the Protection of Personal Data. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the above-mentioned educational event. 

Final provisions

  1. In the event that the Conference will not be held due to reasons beyond the Organizer's control, so-called "Force majeure" (such as flood, hurricane, snowstorm or other unpredictable or avoidable events, i.e. an event independent of the Organizer), the Participant is not entitled to compensation or to be refunded any fees related to participation in the Conference, as well as the costs of additional services ordered Organizer by the participants of the Conference.
  2. Any disputes that may arise from participation in the Conference will be settled by the court competent for the seat of the Organizer.
  3. Filling out the registration form means acceptance of the provisions of the above mentioned Regulations, as well as compliance with the order regulations and any other arrangements made between the Participant and the Organizer.
  4. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
  5. The Organizer is not responsible for items of Participants that may be lost, damaged or stolen during the Conference.
  6. Participants bear full financial responsibility for their destruction both in the premises where any activities related to the Conference are carried out, as well as in accommodation places.
  7. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 10/03/2019.
